The North Vancouver Island Culinary Association will hold a Meeting at Embers Wine & Charcuterie Cellar in downtown Nanaimo.
Join us for an engaging evening of discussion, connection, and culinary inspiration in one of Nanaimo’s most inviting venues. The agenda will include updates on upcoming events, membership initiatives, and plans for the holiday season and the new year.
We’re also pleased to welcome Guest Speaker: Bill Clay of Bodhi’s Bakery, who will share his experience in artisan breadmaking, his commitment to quality ingredients, and the story behind his bakery’s success.
