Welcome to the North Vancouver Island Culinary Association This video is a look inside the North Vancouver Island Culinary Association (NVICA) and the people, events, education, competitions and community that make up our culinary profession. As a branch of the Culinary Federation of Canada, NVICA connects chefs, cooks, students, educators and industry professionals throughout North Vancouver Island with a larger culinary community across Canada. Throughout this video, you’ll see some of the many ways our members get involved—from food festivals and Chef’s Nights Out to culinary competitions, judging, workshops, Cooks Camp, mentorship, local food tours, community events and fundraising.
