NVICA 2026 Freezer Raffle

Fill your freezer. Support local culinary talent. Win a freezer full of delicious meals!

The North Vancouver Island Culinary Association is bringing back its popular Freezer Raffle, with this year’s draw offering an incredible collection of prepared meals made by chefs and culinary professionals from across Vancouver Island.

The raffle is one of NVICA’s major annual fundraising initiatives and helps support the Association’s work to connect, learn, mentor, serve, celebrate and grow within the culinary community.

A freezer full of chef-prepared meals

For this year’s draw, participating NVICA members will each prepare three different meals, with four portions of each meal. That means we are working toward an impressive selection of chef-prepared food for the winning freezer.

Meals will be prepared by members from across the Island, showcasing the skills, creativity and variety of our culinary community.

The goal is to have the meals prepared, packaged and ready to go by the beginning of December.

October 15 to December 22, 2026

We will be announcing ticket-selling locations throughout the Island as they are confirmed. Keep an eye on the NVICA website and social media for locations and dates where you can pick up your tickets in person.

The raffle is being conducted under an approved BCLC raffle licence.

More than just a raffle

The Freezer Raffle is made possible through the generosity and participation of NVICA members, who donate their time, skills and food to create the meals.

It is also a great example of what NVICA is about: bringing chefs and culinary professionals together, supporting our members and creating opportunities to give back to the community.
