Individual Membership: $110
Business Membership (2 representatives): $125
4. Add a Note
In the message, add Your Full Name and Membership Type (e.g., “John Doe - Associate Membership”).
5. Security Question/Answer

Answer: ME (all caps)
6. Confirm and Send
